Your Role:

As a Consultant Clinical Pharmacist at Remedi SeniorCare, you'll be a key player in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive medication regimen reviews for residents in assigned facilities, adhering to state and federal requirements.
• Building strong business relationships with key personnel at assigned facilities.
• Documenting all clinical activities thoroughly and appropriately in the client record/consulting software and communicating with customers in line with pharmacy policy.
• Keeping your clinical skills and pharmacy knowledge up-to-date through continued education.
• Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Consultant Pharmacist department.

What You Bring:

• A BS Pharmacy Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college (Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy is preferred, but not required).
• Current registration and licensure in good standing as a Pharmacist in the state(s) where assigned facilities are located.
• At least four years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in an institutional pharmacy setting (though this is not required).
