Are you a detail-oriented pharmacist with a passion for compliance and patient safety? We are looking for a Compliance & Pharmacy Professional Practices Manager to ensure our operations stay aligned with industry regulations while optimizing internal processes across multiple states.

About the Role

Join Remedi SeniorCare as our Compliance and Pharmacy Professional Practices Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our pharmacies are compliant with all regulations and best practices. You'll identify potential risks, develop audit processes, and support the implementation of compliance work plans. If you're passionate about pharmacy compliance and safety, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement audit tools and processes to manage pharmacy compliance risks.
  • Conduct investigations and audits to identify potential areas of risk.
  • Provide data reports and evaluations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all regulatory documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in creating policies to prevent drug handling issues and support diversion detection and reporting.
  • Lead the development of educational materials on compliance, documentation, and procedures.
  • Oversee regulatory and third-party compliance audits, offering support on corrective actions when necessary.
  • Serve as a compliance officer for specific business lines, as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Registered Pharmacist (B.S. or PharmD).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of leadership experience in a long-term care, mail order, or specialty pharmacy servicing multiple states including sterile and non-sterile compounding.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Framework experience is a plus.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 40%.
