What You Will Do:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across all pharmacy areas, from bulk oral solids to injectables, liquids, and more.
• Place daily orders with vendors to keep our shelves fully stocked.
• Perform regular audits to maintain our perpetual inventory system.
• Source alternative products locally when necessary to avoid backorders.
• Receive and organize daily orders from suppliers into our inventory.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor to implement cost-effective brand-to-generic conversions.
• Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the team.

What you will bring:

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registered with the State Board of Pharmacy and must be in good standing.
• Inventory experience is highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology, math, and analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
