About the Role: 
As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment, encompassing both mechanical and electrical subsystems. Your expertise will ensure the highest levels of availability, quality, and efficiency, through: 
  • System Maintenance: Enhance system performance to meet design specifications and conduct routine inspections.
  • Operational Excellence: Operate Dispensing Systems, lead shifts, and ensure timely completion of runs.
  • Problem-Solving: Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and proposing long-term improvements.
  • Inventory and Training: Manage spare parts inventory, requisition repair materials, and impart your knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Schedule: 2/3/3/2 schedule, 6p - 6:30a, with attractive shift differentials of 10%-15%. 
Salary: $25.00-$35.00/hour, reflective of your skill and experience. 
Who We’re Looking For: 
  • Educational Background: High School diploma, GED, Technical school graduate, or equivalent training.
  • Experience: 4+ years of electro-mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting, with a preference for 6 years.
  • Skills: Proficiency with power tools/measuring devices, a basic understanding of machine shop practices, and experience with 220V power.
