Are you highly organized and self-motivated? Join our dynamic legal department as an Office Administrator, providing top-tier administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.

Work onsite Monday - Thursday and Friday you can work from home!

What you will do:

  • Communication Management:
    • Handle incoming mail, calls, and visitor support.
    • Serve as the primary contact for the legal department.
  • Executive and Senior Support:
    • Manage requests and queries from senior management.
    • Handle confidential electronic communications.
  • Project and Records Management:
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
    • Maintain records, prepare expense reports, and arrange travel schedules.
  • Correspondence and Documentation:
    • Draft professional correspondence and ensure error-free documents.
    • Organize and file corporate documents confidentially.
  • Special Projects:
    • Participate in projects to implement operational improvements.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work positively with team members and support non-business activities, including occasional evening and weekend work.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) desirable with 2 years of administrative experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Concur, Coupa or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, file and records management experience, and other office equipment skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills..

The pay range is $29 - 31.25/hour ($62,000 - $65,000/year)
