Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Pharmacy Technicians at Remedi SeniorCare!

Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm 4 weekdays and 1 day of the weekend

What you will do:

 

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

  • Efficient order entry and follow-up
  • Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
  • Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
  • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

 

What you will bring:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
  • Strong computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
  • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.
