What you will do:

As the Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding our automated pharmacy delivery operations, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct oversight and leadership to our packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure packaging activities meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate packaging, dispensing, and staging activities efficiently.
  • Meet delivery deadlines through effective coordination.
  • Assist in the hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

What you will bring:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience or relevant educational background.
  • Pharmacy Technician Registration or Certification required.
  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with automation equipment is a plus.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy automation or production operations.
